Unsigned Prints & Merchandise

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging — we'll make it right.

Signed Limited Editions (Future Availability)

Signed editions are offered primarily at in-person events. If a special shipping arrangement is requested:

All sales are final (no returns or refunds).

The buyer is responsible for customs, duties, and import taxes.

Packages will be insured, but the buyer accepts all risks related to shipping delays, damage, or loss during transit.

Digital Products

Complimentary eBooks included with your order are not returnable or refundable.

Digital products, downloadable content, and eBook pre-orders are non-refundable once delivered.

Purchasing an eBook pre-order reserves a future digital copy of Experience Rideshare 101™: Art, Healing, and Redemption upon publication.

If publication is delayed, customers will continue to retain their reservation and receive delivery when the title becomes available.

Limited Edition Artwork and Collectibles

Limited edition artwork, signed collectibles, and special edition items may be subject to specific return conditions described on the individual product page.
