Welcome to Wake Up and Dream. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, online store, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Soft Launch Phase

Wake Up and Dream is currently in its soft launch phase. This means we are a small, independent project growing step by step. Orders may require additional time for printing, quality control, or fulfillment. We will always communicate with you about expected timelines.

2. Products and Services

  • Unsigned prints and merchandise are available for online purchase.

  • Signed limited edition prints are primarily offered in person at events. If special shipping arrangements are made, all sales of signed editions are final (see Refund Policy).

  • Digital products (such as complimentary eBooks) are non-refundable.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept payment through Shopify’s secure checkout.

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped using trusted carriers.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for lost items due to incorrect address entry.

  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and delivery risks.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Unsigned prints and merchandise: eligible for return within 14 days. Customers pay return shipping.

  • Signed limited editions: all sales are final.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, text, logos, trademarks, and other content provided by Wake Up and Dream are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wake Up and Dream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or purchase of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
