Thank you for supporting Wake Up and Dream. Below are our shipping practices and policies.


1. Processing Times

  • As part of our soft launch, please allow extra time for printing, quality control, and packaging.

  • Standard processing time: 5–10 business days before shipment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.


2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship worldwide.

  • Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and delivery risks in their country.

  • International delivery times vary, typically 7–21 business days depending on destination.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

  • From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.


5. Signed Limited Editions

  • Signed editions are primarily available at in-person events.

  • If special international shipping is requested, all sales are final and the customer assumes responsibility for customs, duties, and transit risks.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
