Out of thousands of abstract works, The Abstract Wing is one of those rare moments where the unfamiliar suggests something recognizable.
Feather-like forms appear to unfold in motion—not by design, but by emergence. Because Hierochronophonics™ is purely abstract, imagery like this is never planned—it reveals itself through the process.
Printed on crème-colored stock, the tonal depth of the linework reveals itself differently under natural and artificial light—something no photograph can fully capture. Subtle variations in tone and texture may appear depending on lighting and screen display.
Drawn between July 16 and July 24, 2019, during the Solfeggio Frequency Series, The Abstract Wing is #13 of 81—part of the evolving Hierochronophonic™ body of work that followed The Joker’s Signature™ and The Quadruple Double Drawing.
